15 Full & Part-time Corporate Specialists
Region: Across Canada
- Min. 1 year in a call centre environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- SABRE, AMADEUS, GALILEO GDS Systems
- Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Must be a team player
- Able to figure out ADD COLS, refunds and exchanges
- Price pnr's with or without corporate discounts
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Bilingualism an asset
2 Call Centre Supervisors
Region: Ontario and Quebec
- All the corporate travel specialists qualifications PLUS
- Min. 1 year in a supervisor role
- Ability to make snap decisions
- Knowledge required to assist front line staff with any issue, customer svc or CRS related (in all systems)
- Leadership skills to mentor staff
- Abililty to train, coach and provide feedback to front line staff
- Strong communication skills
